Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess/diagnose patients and document health status across care continuum.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions with ongoing evaluation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Manage daily operations of the Med Surg Unit 1 to ensure safety and efficiency.
