The role requires current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN credential later in employment. Day shift, full-time schedule, and dedicated colleagues support professional growth and compassionate care.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment/Diagnosis: Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation: Evaluates and revises plan of care based on evaluative data.
• Leadership: Participates in process improvement to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial targets.
• Operations: Supports daily operations within the department.
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), maintains focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
