Baptist Health is seeking a Surgery Registered Nurse to oversee nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality patient care. The RN will apply the nursing process in assessments, planning, and interventions, and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians.

Degree in Nursing required, BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area. This on-site role requires standing and mobility; experience in surgical units is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Nursing required, BSN degree preferred.
• Active RN licensure required, BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc. may be required depending on area assigned.
