Baptist Medical Center South is seeking a Surgery Registered Nurse to oversee nursing staff on shift and weekends, ensuring quality patient care in the surgical unit. The RN will apply the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions while collaborating with physicians to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications include an active RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS certification; ACLS/PALS may be required by unit. This is a full-time, onsite Third Shift position in Montgomery, AL.

Competenze

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure in the United States.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area.
