Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality patient care. The RN will employ the nursing process for assessment, planning and intervention, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians as needed.

Required is an active RN license with BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required by area. Degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.

• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area

• Ability to observe, assess, and document safety and infection-control standards

Responsibilities
