Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of departmental clinical support or PCA orientation.
• Obtain certification in Basic Life Support or HeartSaver First Aid within 30 days of hire date.

Aufgaben

• Preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative support for surgical/procedural patients; assist RN; provide routine care.
• Open sterile supplies with aseptic technique; assist with prep and positioning.
• Transport patients and clean/prepare rooms and equipment for next cases.
• Maintain inventory and stocking; manage supplies and case carts.
• Clean and organize Sterile Processing areas; document cleaning tasks.
• Assist with room setup, phones, and clerical duties; transport medications as directed.
