Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Clinical Resource Coordinator, Plastics, to join the Main OR team. The role focuses on coordination, preparation of rooms for plastic surgery cases, patient assessment, and anticipating case needs.

The position requires 3–5 years of perioperative nursing experience, BLS, and an active RN license, with an ASN in Nursing. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at Downtown Jacksonville.

• Serve as scrub, circulator or assistant as required.
• Facilitate timely turnovers and first case starts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare assigned rooms for plastics procedures and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assess patient needs and anticipate intraoperative requirements.
• Support surgeons by coordinating with vendors and updating preference sheets.
• Maintain service specialty knowledge and perform roles in the service as needed.
