Job summary

Baptist Health is hiring an Office Specialist I for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department, a full-time days role at our Beaches campus. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years front desk experience in a medical office and can multitask in a busy healthcare setting. High school diploma required, some college preferred.

Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Office Specialist I for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Department.

This is a Full Time Days opportunity working from 8:30am to 5:00pm in office at our Baptist Beaches campus.

The Office Specialist will support the Behavioral Health Department to accurately register all patients and update demographic and insurance information for maintenance of accurate information. This position requires an individual who can multitask and obtains excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills and a previous experience in clerical work.
