Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a field-based Sales professional in the United States to drive growth within the assigned territory. You will engage surgeons, OR managers, and nursing staff, presenting product benefits and supporting adoption in clinical practice.

You will report weekly and monthly activity, plan sales strategies, and complete required product training. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential, with a focus on maintaining compliance and health documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1-3 years of documented and verifiable sales experience, preferably within the hospital/OR environment.
• Demonstrated ability to grow sales in previous roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain medical documentation and a good health profile per customer requirements within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, OR staff, and administration.
• Communicate product benefits for CooperSurgical in surgical settings.
• Compile weekly/monthly sales reports for the Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute sales plans to achieve territory goals.
• Complete product training and demonstrate competency to Training and Sales Management.
• Maintain certifications for OR Protocol, Bloodborne Pathogens, and HIPAA.
• Willing to travel overnight within territory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
