United Surgical Partners International, Inc. in Frisco, TX is seeking an OR Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operating room operations and scheduling in alignment with policies and patient safety standards.

The role partners with the Charge RN to ensure staffing needs are met, leads department activities, and coaches staff while driving QAPI projects and a culture of safety. This full-time days position reports to Surgical Services leadership and focuses on quality service and smooth daily

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
• BSN degree required.
• Five (5) years experience in surgery.
• Two (2) years experience in management position preferred.
• Current Texas RN License
• Certified in CPR
• Independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily OR operations and schedule flow.
• Coordinate staffing with Charge RN and manage department activities.
• Coach and counsel staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Promote safety, quality service, and QAPI initiatives.
• Manage the department in the absence of the Director.
