The role oversees surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing, driving cost-effective systems while upholding patient care standards.

Requirements include RN licensure in Texas, 5 years in surgical circulator roles, 2 years in surgery management, and CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Texas RN License (BLS).
• CNOR preferred.
• Independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to meet facility goals and improve care.
• May assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech when needed.
• Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, staff, and vendors.
