Job summary

United Surgical Partners International seeks an OR Clinical Manager (Full-time, Days) to oversee the daily operations of the operating room. You will collaborate with the Charge RN to meet staffing needs, manage staff performance, and ensure a safe and efficient environment in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires a BSN, Texas RN license, and CPR certification, with at least five years in surgery and two years in management preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in surgery.
• 2+ years in a management role preferred.
• BSN degree required.
• Current Texas RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operating room operations and staffing with Charge RN.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and JCAHO standards.
• Coach and counsel staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Facilitate safety and quality initiatives; participate in QAPI projects.
• Maintain department flow and assist with complex cases as needed.
