Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an RN Manager to lead our Surgery Unit (OR, Outpatient Surgery, SPD) at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese, IL.

The role oversees daily operations, drives quality patient care, and collaborates with physicians and administrative teams to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, has at least 3 years of RN experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role, with an active RN license in the practice state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 years staff RN experience is required.
• 3 years leadership experience is required.
• Licensed RN in state of practice is required; multi-state license possible under compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the OR nursing unit and related areas.
• Provide hands-on leadership and serve as liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration.
