The RN Manager oversees daily operations and outcomes of the assigned nursing unit to ensure high-quality patient care. You will provide leadership, foster collaboration, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive staff development, patient satisfaction, and efficient resource management through strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• 3 years staff RN experience is required.
• 3 years demonstrated leadership experience is required.
• Licensed in state of practice (RN) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the surgery nursing unit.
• Provide leadership and foster collaboration among nursing staff, physicians, and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
• Support staff development and patient safety initiatives.
