Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved program in Surgical Assistant.
• SA-C, CSA, PA-C, CSFA and CRNFA certifications.
• Operating room technology; setting up trials for new products.
• 5–7 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification in surgical technology or central sterile processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees daily surgical operations and scheduling.
• Manages supplies, equipment, and instrument needs for procedures.
• Mentors staff and collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, and leadership.
• Supports patient care delivery and best-practice adherence in OR.
• Assists with capital and routine service line expenditures.
