Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor (OR/Surgery) to lead daily operations, staffing, and quality of care. You will supervise RNs and support staff, drive performance management, and collaborate with Nursing leadership to optimize processes and patient outcomes.

The role supports a 1.0 FTE schedule with day/evening shifts and occasional coverage outside standard hours, including weekend and holiday on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or AD in Nursing and Baccalaureate degree in related field required.
• Two years of acute care RN experience.
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota; BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit/department operations and staffing.
• Hire staff, staff development, performance management and evaluation.
• Ensure patient care quality and safety; manage supplies and equipment.
• Lead teams and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements.
