Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Surgical Oncology unit at the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. The role is full-time, nights, with a shift incentive and a fixed pay range based on experience.

Responsibilities include delivering top-of-scope nursing care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and mentoring newer staff while maintaining safety and quality in patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA/Red Cross with active card through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process at top of scope.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Maintain patient safety and quality of care at the point of service.
