Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking a full-time RN for the Oncology unit in the Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion. The role features day and night shift rotation with a competitive hourly pay and a Night Shift Incentive Program.

Onsite work only, with a strong focus on direct patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice. Your responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, precepting new staff, and maintaining high safety and quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required by state licensure law.
• 6 months of nursing experience.
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
• Chemo/immunotherapy/ONS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide scope of practice in direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve outcomes.
• Models proficiency through precepting new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
