Job summary

Responsibilities

Demonstrates clinical leadership and advanced judgment in emergencies or crises.
Educates staff in clinical practice and supports staff development.
Participates in selection of new hires and transfers based on qualifications.
Assists with staff orientation, in-services, and continuing education programs.
Serves as a resource for staff and management in planning educational programs.
Collaborates with Surgical Services Leadership Group to implement educational plans.
