Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking an independently licensed NP or PA to join the Surgical Services team on the night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week. You will provide post-op care on the floor and ICU, evaluate and admit patients from the ED, assess surgical consults, perform bedside procedures, and serve as first-assist in the OR as needed (including robotic surgery).

Requirements include MS in Physician Assistant Studies or MA NP license, DEA, BLS and ACLS, and

Qualifications

• MS in Physician Assistant Studies or MA NP license required.
• DEA licensure, BLS, and ACLS required.
• Clinical experience in Surgical Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-op care on the floor and ICU.
• Evaluate and admit patients from the ED.
• Evaluate surgical consult patients.
• Perform bedside procedures.
• First assist in the OR (including robotic surgery) as needed.
