Job summary

Winchester Hospital in Massachusetts is seeking an independently licensed NP or PA to join the Surgical Services team for night-shift coverage. You will provide postoperative inpatient care, admit ED patients, evaluate surgical consults, and perform bedside procedures.

Opportunity to assist in robotic surgeries and participate in a high-performing surgical service. Candidates must hold an MS in PA studies or an active MA NP license, with DEA, BLS, ACLS, and prior surgical experience.

Qualifications

• Education/License: MS in Physician Assistant Studies OR Active MA Nurse Practitioner License.
• Certifications: State & Federal DEA licensure, BLS, and ACLS.
• Experience: Clinical experience in Surgical Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-op care on the floor and ICU (where applicable).
• Evaluate and admit patients from the ED.
• Evaluate surgical consult patients.
• Perform bedside procedures.
• First assist in the OR (including robotic surgery) as needed.

Key Details

• Schedule: Nighttime only (Three 12-hour shifts/week)
• EHR: EPIC preferred

Core Responsibilities

Pay Range:

$117,000.00 - $191,000.00

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
