The position requires Massachusetts RN licensure, with BSN preferred. Schedule features two 12-hour night shifts plus every third weekend and holiday rotations at a Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Massachusetts RN license to practice required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, observe progress and evaluate therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop an optimal care plan for each patient.
• Educate patients and families to achieve maximum outcomes.
