Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an independently licensed NP or PA to join our inpatient surgical team for nighttime coverage in Massachusetts. You will partner with specialty physicians to deliver safe, high-quality care on the floor, in the ICU, and as needed in the OR, including robotic surgery.

The role requires active MA NP or PA licensure, DEA, BLS, and ACLS, with experience in Surgical Services. EPIC experience is preferred and three 12-hour night shifts per week are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: MS in Physician Assistant Studies or active MA Nurse Practitioner license.
• Certifications: State & Federal DEA licensure, BLS, and ACLS.
• Experience: Clinical experience in Surgical Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-op care on the floor and ICU
• Evaluate and admit patients from the ED
• Evaluate surgical consult patients
• Perform bedside procedures
• First assist in the OR (including robotic surgery) as needed

Pay Range

$117,000.00 - $191,000.00

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
