Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist for its Instruments Enabling Technologies division in the United States. You will provide on-site clinical product support during surgical procedures and train OR staff in navigation technology and associated instruments to maximize procedural efficiency.

You will build relationships with surgeons and nurses, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance while supporting the sales plan and expanding product utilization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 6 years clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to end users and assist during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies and equipment to ensure procedural efficiency.
• Establish relationships with OR and hospital staff including surgeons and nurses.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Provide timely complaint reports per quality system requirements.
• Offer case coverage at accounts and support the sales plan to grow utilization.
• Highlight clinical benefits and build strong relationships with key customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve product communication.
• Obtain purchase orders for products and services used during surgeries.
