Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist within its Enabling Technologies group to provide on-site clinical product support and training for surgical navigation systems. You will assist with pre-operative planning, intra-operative guidance, and post-procedure reporting while working to expand product utilization among surgeons and OR staff.

Requires either a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of clinical experience, with potential off-hours availability and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff in navigation technologies and related instruments.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in planning and intra-operative guidance.
• Submit prompt complaint reports per the quality system.
• Provide case coverage at accounts.
• Support development and execution of the sales plan and increase utilization by surgeons.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Marketing to improve product communications.
• Obtain purchase orders for products used during procedures and track case coverage.
