Job summary

You will train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies, prepare pre-operative scans, and assist in intra-operative planning, helping to grow utilization by expanding volume with current and potential surgeons. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 6+ years clinical experience.
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical product support to hospital staff and on-site guidance during procedures.
• Train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies.
• Prepare pre-operative scans and assist in intra-operative planning.
• Submit prompt and accurate complaint reports per the quality system.
• Support development and execution of the sales plan and grow utilization of navigation technologies.
• Build strong, positive relationships with surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to improve communication around product performance.
• Obtain purchase orders for products consumed during procedures and track case coverage.
