United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and documentation for medical supplies across the facility. You will support the surgical team and ensure compliance with state standards and facility policies.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, adherence to sterile technique, and collaboration with administrators to maintain efficient peri-operative operations.

Formación

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Medical or hospital materials management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service background.
• Strong math and counting skills required.
• Type minimum of 40 wpm preferred.
• Computer experience required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Orders and maintains all medical inventory.
• Performs Quarterly Inventory accounting.
• Checks in supplies per invoice and purchase order and delivers to the correct location.
• Manages back orders and prepares paperwork for Administrator.
• Follows policies and procedures for peri-operative nursing care and aseptic technique.
• Maintains skills in aseptic technique and handling of equipment.
• Seeks involvement in professional growth and teamwork.
• Communicates with Administrator or Manager on day-to-day situations.
