Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years of related healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily flow of supplies, implants, and equipment for the Surgery Department.
• Manage owned, consigned, and loaner inventory to support varying caseloads.
• Use forecasting tools and ERP system to replenish inventory and manage stock.
• Resolve backorders, substitutions, recalls, and logistical issues with stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory par levels, perform annual inventories, and monitor expirations.
• Communicate with physicians, clinicians, vendors to ensure availability and correct products.
• Ensure proper handling of recalls and credit returns.
• Support process improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
