Qualifications

• Strong math and computer skills; understanding of financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Operations: manage supply chain for surgery with forecasting and ERP for replenishment.
• Resolution: address backorders, substitutions, recalls, and vendor issues; communicate resolutions.
• Customer service: support physicians and staff; ensure timely product availability and issue follow-up.
• Maintain clean, safe work area; follow schedules and department guidance.
• All other duties as assigned.
