Job summary

Premier is seeking a procurement lead to manage surgical suites and Central Processing asset inventories in a hospital setting. You will ensure supplies are readily available for scheduled cases while maintaining cost efficiency.

You will oversee orders in our ERP and inventory systems, supervise Inventory Coordinators, and collaborate with clinical teams to identify operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Healthcare supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience leading small teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procure supplies for surgical services and central processing, maintaining adequate par levels.
• Stock locations from loading dock to service areas and place ERP orders.
• Collaborate with purchasing to ensure timely deliveries and manage backorders.
• Monitor daily workflow of Inventory Coordinators and identify efficiency opportunities.
