Qualifications

• Sterile processing or Surgical tech experience required.
• Adherence to infection control regulations with high attention to detail.
• Attends in-services/workshops and assists in training new staff.
• Strong guest relations and professional communication in English (written and spoken).
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, inventorying, processing and returning loaner, consigned and owned trays.
• Distribute supplies and equipment and provide customer service.
• Facilitate care and processing of surgical instruments and sterilization workflows.
• Collaborate with SPD Manager, Director of Perioperative Services and related staff.
• Participate in Quality Management and Performance Improvement programs.
