Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as Surgical Technician or First Assist in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency in aseptic technique and sterile field maintenance.
• Familiar with instrument handling, wound closure, and intraoperative support.

Responsabilités

• Functions as a scrub person during procedures, preparing sterile supplies and instruments.
• Performs first assistant duties, including exposure through instrument handling and suctioning.
• Handles and dissects tissues, clamps vessels, coagulates bleeding, and places drains as directed.
