Job summary

AdventHealth Zephyrhills is seeking a Surgical Assistant to demonstrate clinical competence across surgery service lines with emphasis on robotics, gynecology, urology and orthopedics. You will collaborate with surgeons, nurses and staff, communicate clearly, document accurately and manage high-stress situations with professionalism.

Role requires AS or CSA certifications, BLS, and at least a relevant associate degree or technical/vocational training, plus 1+ related work experience.

Qualifications

• Clinical competence with focus in service line and robotics, gynecology, urology, and orthopedics.
• Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately.
• Maintains regulatory standards and procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities
