Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma required.
• Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) required.
• Current BLS certification.
• 3-5 years of CSFA job duties.
• Excellent knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and operative technique.
• Strong technical skills in surgical procedures and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon during operations by handling instruments.
• Provide tissue exposure and control bleeding.
• Hold retractors and assist with suturing and wound closure.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain efficient workflow.
