MPOWERHealth is seeking a Surgical First Assistant for an OR-only, full-time role in Phoenix, AZ. This position includes comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance offers for the right candidate.

You will serve as the primary surgical first assistant, collaborating with surgeons and OR staff to ensure patient safety. Applicants should have at least two years of surgical assisting experience, especially in spine cases, and robotics exposure is a plus.

Formación

• Two years of surgical assisting experience.
• Experience assisting in spine cases.
• Robotics experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as First Assist during procedures.
• Set up and prep cases, coordinate with OR staff.
• Support patient positioning and maintain sterile field.
• Post‑op handoffs and documentation with precision.
• Contribute to education, training, and process improvement.
• Keep expanding skill set by learning new specialties.
