Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Physician Assistant for a PA Surgical First Assist role in the Philadelphia suburbs. This full-time position combines surgical first-assist duties with outpatient care and a consistent weekday schedule, two days in the OR and three days in the clinic.

Candidates should have at least one year of PA experience, spine OR exposure, PA license or eligibility, and will receive comprehensive benefits and PTO. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
• Pennsylvania license or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with spine operating room experience.
• Strong evaluation and decision-making skills; team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical first-assist and outpatient care.
• Two days per week in the OR and three days in the clinic.
• Collaborate with an experienced surgeon in a multidisciplinary team.
• PA experience with spine cases is preferred.
