Beth Israel Lahey Health in Burlington, MA seeks a Surgical Critical Care APP to join our ICU team. You will provide direct care to critically ill surgical patients in SICU and CTICU under intensivist supervision.

The role emphasizes ventilator management, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO and invasive procedures, with opportunities for ongoing training and CME support. Nights and weekends are required, with a collaborative, APP-friendly culture and a focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MA PA license required.
• Must work nights & weekends.
• Preferred: 2+ years Critical Care, EM, or CT Surgery experience; Critical Care Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for critically ill surgical patients.
• Manage ventilators, resuscitation, hemodynamics, ECMO, vasopressors/inotropes.
• Perform procedures: invasive lines, chest tubes (based on ability).
• Rotate between SICU & CTICU.
