Responsibilities

• Communicate estimates to patients before surgery and document communications.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Prepare productivity reports and submit to supervisors within the established timeframe.
• Support the department's customer service and performance improvement goals.
