Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required; supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership ability.
• Minimum of one year of experience in operating room, surgical instrument processing, or inventory management setting.
• Experience in supply chain operations, customer service, or related environments preferred.

• Lead the teams and systems that ensure surgical cases run safely and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management, case readiness, and supply flow.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and timecards.
