• Provide patients with surgical paperwork and instructions.
• Explain test preparations and arrival times; address questions.
• Educate patients on pre-operative instructions while protecting confidentiality.
• Deliver high level of service and ensure a welcoming patient experience.
• Maintain schedules for surgeons and notify patients of appointments.
• Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Prepare all paperwork for physicians for surgery.
