Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient medical procedures with appropriate provider and time/location slot.
• Request pre-operative clearances from PCPs office and submit bookings to outpatient Surgical Center.
• Provide patients with surgical paperwork, consents, and pre/post-operative instructions.
• Educate patients on test preparations, arrival times, and directions; address questions.
• Maintain a high level of patient experience and service; build rapport with patients.
• Notify patients of all scheduled appointments and verify insurance authorizations.
