Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license active in State of Ohio (per job posting).
• BSN preferred.
• CPR approved by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care on the unit.
• Provides patient education and care planning.
• Assess and respond to clinical changes rapidly.
• Assists in policy review and quality improvement.
• Maintains infection-control and safety standards.
• Ensures accurate documentation and reporting.
