Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a CVOR Circulator RN to work Mon-Fri, 6:00–14:30. The nurse will participate in patient and family teaching, coordinate nursing care, and provide leadership by collaborating with the patient-care team to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities include assessment, delegation, and supervision of nursing activities, and ensuring a positive patient experience in a busy clinical setting. RN licensure is required and ADN or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.
• ADN or higher degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and identify appropriate interventions per department scope of service.
• Delegate nursing care activities and provide supervision; maintain a plan for delivery of care.
• Ensure nursing care interventions address patient problems and perform technical aspects competently.
• Create a positive customer service environment.
