Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks an experienced ASC Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse to lead daily operations in our San Antonio, TX surgery center. You will organize procedure scheduling, staff supervision, inventory control, credentialing, and safety programs.

The role requires an RN license, current BLS, and basic familiarity with EKG/arrhythmia concepts; ACLS is preferred. You’ll collaborate with QA/QI and risk management to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license and BLS; ACLS preferred or basic EKG/arrhythmia knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of procedures and staffing for the ASC.
• Manage inventory, human resources, credentialing and staff development.
• Support QA/QI, risk management, safety and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with marketing activities and center quality initiatives.
