Riverton Gastroenterology Center seeks a Business Office Manager to support the Facility Director and Clinical Manager in running the center efficiently and cost-effectively. This role oversees scheduling, insurance verifications, billing, AR, and month-end close to ensure profitability and patient satisfaction.

The position requires strong leadership, accounting software experience, and knowledge of medical billing regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of non-clinical staff in a medical center setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; medical billing and coding; Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Experience supervising business office processes and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, pre-service activities and insurance verifications.
• Manage month-end close, AR, denials, patient billing, and refunds.
• Lead credit balances, refunds, and posting to appropriate systems.
• Maintain KPIs, reports, and secure physician office relations.
