Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and minimum three years running a medical office.
• Expertise in Medicare Part B claims, scheduling, verification and billing.
• Familiar with cash management, coding, records and registration.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business office operations for the center, including staffing and training.
• Manage revenue cycle activities: scheduling, verification, billing and AR follow-up.
• Ensure month-end close and reporting meet center criteria and timelines.
• Collaborate with administrators to optimize profitability and compliance.
