Job summary

Riverton Gastroenterology Center seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the ambulatory surgery center's day-to-day operations, oversee procedure scheduling, QA/QI processes, staff credentialing, safety programs, and risk management to ensure safe, efficient patient care across pre‑op, OR and PACU.

In this role you will supervise clinical personnel, manage staffing and payroll considerations, monitor budgets, enforce operating policies, and collaborate with physicians and anesthesia teams to support

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with an unrestricted license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day internal flow.
• Assist in Pre-Op, PACU, and O.R.
• Coordinate activity within the O.R. suite.
• Maintain adherence to operating policy/procedure manuals.
• Monitor payroll/ overtime.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse License in practicing State

Current American Heart BLS and ACLS
