Corewell Health in Grosse Pointe is seeking a Surgical Case Boarding Coordinator to manage data entry, patient information flow, and coordination across departments. This role supports scheduling and ensures accurate information is available for efficient operatons.

You will maintain the Surgical Services network, assist in training new coordinators, and uphold safety and regulatory standards throughout the workflow.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant experience; two to three years clerical experience in a healthcare environment.

Mansioni

• Boarding of surgical cases and data entry related to privileges, suspension lists, and equipment conflicts.
• Maintains Surgical Services computer network and database with quick, accurate data entry and retrieval.
• Coordinates required surgical patient information between departments to support timely patient flow.
• Assist in training other surgical services boarding coordinators and ensure mandatory education and competencies are completed.
