Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Care Unit at Edward Main Hospital in Naperville. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, days 7:00 am–7:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing; ADN holders must complete a BSN within five years. IL RN licensure and CPR certification are required. The pay range is $36.00–$55.80 per hour, with a minimum raised to $37.25 starting in October.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient unit setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a BSN within five years.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care according to the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Employs critical thinking, assesses patient condition, plans and evaluates care, and delegates tasks.
