Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Kingsport, TN seeks an ASC Staff RN to deliver direct nursing care, perform pre-operative assessment, and prepare patients for surgery in a fast-paced ambulatory center. You will work under supervision with emphasis on clinical judgment, patient safety, and compassionate care.

The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee, BLS, CPR/ACLS/PALS, and 2 years in PACU/ICU/ER/OR with strong EHR documentation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS/PALS as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years in PACU, ICU, ER or OR settings preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress and provide patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and pre-operative assessment.
• Prepare patients for surgery and monitor intraoperative care.
• Document care and charges in the patient chart.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on orders and lab results.
• Maintain a clean, safe operating environment and comply with safety policies.
